Art Project on Back Parking Lot Sidewalk

Sidewalk metal figures behind Galleria Mall

Behind The Galleria Mall at Dufferin and Dupont, there is a large glum parking lot. Someone has installed little imbedded metal figures in a sidewalk leading to the mall. Just a bit of whimsy in an otherwise drab sidewalk.

They look like little aluminium inserts which were placed when the sidewalk was poured. The figures are certainly made based on children's drawings. Families, ballerinas, dogs and cats, Moms and Dads with their kids are all there. There is even a little Bee.

I have another Toronto street art page Here
